Founding strategy, governance and programme design ·

Veronica spent 2022 full time incubating re:arc institute, taking a new €20M philanthropic foundation from idea to operating organisation. re:arc funds community-led responses to climate breakdown through architecture and the built environment.

Working closely with the funding board from Interogo Foundation and the leadership team, she found the right legal and administrative structure, shaped the organisation's strategy and its funding and programme strategy, and identified the first global grantees.

The foundation went from idea to its first grants inside the year.
